REFUND POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You may return your purchase for a refund or store credit for any reason, subject to the terms below.

ONLINE PURCHASES

  • Can be returned for a refund or store credit.

  • We do not offer online exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.

  • If you’re near one of our stores, you may exchange your online purchase in-store.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

  • Can be returned for exchange or store credit only.

  • No refunds, unless the item is faulty.

SALE ITEMS

  • Can only be returned for store credit, unless marked Final Sale.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

  • Not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless faulty.

RETURN WINDOW

  • Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.

  • Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the following unless faulty:

  • Earrings

  • Swimwear

  • Socks

  • Underwear

CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS

  • Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • All tags must remain attached.

  • We recommend trying on online purchases immediately upon receipt in case a return is needed.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

ONLINE PURCHASES

Include your order number (found in your confirmation or dispatch email).

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Include a receipt (email/photo/scan) and proof of payment. You can also visit us in-store for an exchange.

WHERE TO SEND RETURNS

Returns must be mailed to our return address.
Please contact us at hello@ronastreet.com for the return shipping details.

Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality review. If approved, we will process:

  • A new item (for exchanges)

  • A store credit or refund (for returns)

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

  • We cover shipping for exchanged items.

  • Return postage costs are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

We aim to process refunds within 5 business days. You’ll receive an email update once your return has been processed.

LOST RETURNS

Rona Street is not liable for lost return packages. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number.
