RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You may return your purchase for a refund or store credit for any reason, subject to the terms below.
ONLINE PURCHASES
Can be returned for a refund or store credit.
We do not offer online exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
If you’re near one of our stores, you may exchange your online purchase in-store.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Can be returned for exchange or store credit only.
No refunds, unless the item is faulty.
SALE ITEMS
Can only be returned for store credit, unless marked Final Sale.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit unless faulty.
RETURN WINDOW
Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on the following unless faulty:
Earrings
Swimwear
Socks
Underwear
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
All tags must remain attached.
We recommend trying on online purchases immediately upon receipt in case a return is needed.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

ONLINE PURCHASES
Include your order number (found in your confirmation or dispatch email).
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Include a receipt (email/photo/scan) and proof of payment. You can also visit us in-store for an exchange.
WHERE TO SEND RETURNS
Returns must be mailed to our return address.
Please contact us at hello@ronastreet.com for the return shipping details.
Once we receive your return, it will undergo a quality review. If approved, we will process:
A new item (for exchanges)
A store credit or refund (for returns)
SHIPPING COSTS
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.
We cover shipping for exchanged items.
Return postage costs are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
We aim to process refunds within 5 business days. You’ll receive an email update once your return has been processed.
LOST RETURNS
Rona Street is not liable for lost return packages. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping your tracking number.
